About Boxing Boot Camp

Boxing Boot Camp is a fitness based practical boxing program. Training is mixed between outdoors and boxing gym. Boxing training provides a great cardiovascular workout, as well as raw strength, speed and power improvement. Outdoor training is set in bootcamp structure, and integrated the surroundings as part of boxing fitness training session. The gym session makes use of traditional boxing equipment in the heavy bag, floor to ceiling and speed balls.
